At APCORE, Creative Problem Solving (CPS), is a norm rather than an exception; that involves identifying, dissecting, & clarifying the problem to understand it better; followed by researching on the problem in similar other situations or different situations, identifying alternative solutions, critically examining pros and cons of each solution through self questioning, debating, challenging, testing where feasible, drawing up action plan to implement the solution, and closely monitoring till it stabilises.
